It is with deep regret I have to inform you my wife, Ros Freeman, who some of you may have known as Ros Cook, passed away, on 9th August, while an in-patient at St. Michael's Hospice in St. Leonards.

She was Manager of the Radio News Information Library at Broadcasting House and retired from the BBC in 1998 after 35 years of service.
